Reunion Pictures

Below is a link to photos taken at the reunion. They're included in 2 albums. One includes the photos that Missy Garcia took (that includes the family groups, as well as some great candid shots), the other includes the pictures from the PhotoJam that was shown on Sunday morning.

Pictures can be found at:
http://picasaweb.google.com/allisonroundup2010

There are several ways to print the photos. One is to use the Picasa system, and order them through the website. The other involves selecting the photos you want, save them to your computer, and print them from there.

We hope you all had a good time in John Day. We enjoyed planning and hosting the 2010 Allison Reunion in John Day. We greatly appreciate all those that helped in making it a success.

We're looking forward to seeing all of you...and MORE, at the 2012 Allison Family Reunion in Canada. We're working on our Passports in preparation!

Updates!

UPDATED June 12, 2010
....to add comments below.

Registrations are rolling in. Registration deadline is June 15. This allows us an adequate headcount so we can plan on food, souvenirs, etc. John Day is fairly remote, so it's important for us to have as accurate count as possible to make sure we've got all the bases covered. After that date, we'll be happy to have you register, but the price per person goes up, and there may be some things that we'll be unable to provide you (but we'll do our best).

As of June 9 (Wednesday) there were still:
  • 10 RV spots at the Fairgrounds RV Park
  • 10 Rooms at the Best Western ( they'll hold until July 10)
  • 19 Rooms at the Best Value Inn (they'll hold until July 20)
After the hold dates, the room rate will increase to their normal rates.

We're looking forward to seeing all of you in beautiful John Day, Oregon in a little over a month!

If there's any additional information that we can provide you, let us know.

Lodging Information

The John Day area has relatively few lodging options, but we've been working with local motels to hold adequate rooms for us. Because of this, it is VERY important that if you plan on staying in a motel or B&B that you make your reservations SOON. NOTE: Some of these are reaching / passing the hold dates, but they may still have rooms available, BUT...sooner is better than later!

MOTELS
We'll list the motels in the order that we think is the best to...not so best. They all were clean and livable when we visited them in early October. Tell all of them that you're with the Allison Family Reunion to get the held rooms at the rates quoted.
